1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, registering, or accessing the GiftInCash mobile application and website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our services.

2. Coin Wallets & Vault Rules

GiftInCash processes in-app cash coin purchases. 1 Coin is exchangeable back to local currencies according to the configured system conversion rates.

• Locked Vault Milestones: Locked birthday savings vaults are locked until the milestone date specified during vault initialization. Locked vaults cannot be accessed, withdrawn, or refunded prematurely.
• Pool Contributions: Contributions sent to a friend's wishlist or locked vault are immediately transferred and cannot be recalled or disputed.
• Service Charge Fees: GiftInCash reserves the right to charge small processing fees during coin deactivations, deposits, or exchange conversions.

3. User Acceptable Conduct

Users must not perform fraudulent connection searches, launch fake milestone campaigns to solicit unverified payments, or attempt reverse engineering of network security models. Violation of these regulations leads to permanent deactivation and account freezes.

4. Disclaimers & Limits

GiftInCash provides platform networks "as is". We are not responsible for private gifting disputes between users, misconfigured usernames during transfer transactions, or outside network carrier failures.
